  1. Thanks for the recommendations. I really like Eckhart Tolle and Wayne Dyer – any of their books, really. I consumed self-help books for years and now tend to read inspirational books, more non-fiction than fiction, but once in a while a well-written novel with lots of food for thought is welcome too. The Upside of Stress intrigues me, I just ordered it from my local library.
