Absolutely, I agree with you 100%. Lessons come from pain and disappointment. The trick is to learn from it because if we don’t our failures and mistakes will be repeated until we finally “get it”

Absolutely! Beating oneself up doesn’t help with learning from the mistake – it retards the ability to process what happened, learn and move on. And torture ain’t fun.
